2205 Stainless steel round bar

2205 stainless steel round bar, also available as cut sheet and plate, is a duplex stainless steel bar consisting of ferrite and austenite dual-phase microstructure. It combines high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, featuring superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has good ductility, impact toughness and weldability. Compared with ordinary austenitic stainless steel, it offers higher yield strength and better resistance to chloride corrosion, widely used in marine, chemical, oil & gas and anti-corrosion structural projects.

Dual-phase Structure Performance: Duplex ferrite-austenite structure, much higher yield strength than 304 and 316L austenitic stainless steel.

Outstanding Chloride Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing environments such as seawater.

DC01 Galvanized Sheet

SS400 Carbon Steel Coil

SS400 according to material grade and name defined in the JIS G 3101 standard, The first S stands for "Steel", the second S stands for "Structure", and 400 for the lower limit tensile strength of 400 MPa. This continuous technique of applying different coatings is referred to as coil coating. Therefore, the steel coil doesnt require painting or finishing when employed in finished products.
