Product introduction

Stainless steel round bar is a solid stainless steel round bar made of stainless steel billet through hot rolling, cold drawing, peeling and other processes. Steel contains chromium-nickel alloy elements, forming a stable passivation protective film on the surface. It has excellent anti-rust and anti-oxidation properties. It also has good toughness, weldability and machining performance, making it convenient for turning, drilling, bending and forging.

A variety of grades are available to choose from, 201 is suitable for ordinary decorative structures; 304 is the most versatile and suitable for regular humid atmospheric environments; 304L is a low-carbon grade with better resistance to intergranular corrosion; 316L has added molybdenum and is resistant to chloride ion corrosion, suitable for coastal and light chemical environments; 321 is resistant to high temperatures and intergranular corrosion; 2205 dual-phase steel is suitable for strong corrosion and pressure-bearing conditions. Widely used in mechanical parts, valves, pump bodies, food and medical equipment, petrochemical accessories, marine engineering components, construction hardware, pressure vessel accessories, etc. Not suitable for strong corrosive media such as concentrated hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid.

DC01 Galvanized Sheet

SS400 Carbon Steel Coil

PPGI DC01

This continuous technique of applying different coatings is referred to as coil coating. Therefore, the steel coil doesnt require painting or finishing when employed in finished products.
