Product introduction

Coated Aluminum Coil is a pre-coated aluminum coil made of an aluminum coil as the substrate. After degreasing and chemical passivation pretreatment, the organic coating is continuously rolled and baked and cured. The base material is aluminum alloy, which has excellent corrosion resistance. When paired with an organic coating on the surface, it further improves weather resistance, UV resistance, anti-fouling and decorative properties. The product is light in weight, has good ductility, and is easy to bend, stamp, and roll forming. The coating has stable adhesion during processing and is not easy to fall off and crack.

The coating has rich colors, uniform and beautiful surface, and can be directly processed for deep processing without on-site spraying, simplifying the production process and shortening the project period. Commonly used base material grades include 1050, 1060, 3003, 3004, 5052, etc. Different alloys meet different strength and anti-corrosion requirements. It is widely used in aluminum-magnesium-manganese roofs, wall curtain walls, indoor ceilings, aluminum veneer substrates, decorative panels, home appliance casings, container interiors, advertising signs, pipe insulation skins, etc. It is suitable for outdoor atmospheric, humid and coastal mild salt spray environments; for environments with strong acid and alkali and severe chemical corrosion, it is recommended to use a highly weather-resistant fluorocarbon coating solution.
