Galvanized roofing sheets, also available as cut sheet and plate, are profiled building panels roll-formed and cold bent from hot-dip galvanized steel coils. The zinc coating forms a protective barrier on steel surface, providing reliable rust and corrosion resistance. The material features light weight, good rigidity and easy processability, which can be cut, bent and drilled conveniently for on-site installation. It performs much better than plain carbon steel sheets in humid environments and mild salt spray areas, resisting rust during long outdoor service. Multiple profile options are available, mainly corrugated sheets and trapezoidal sheets, with smooth surface and excellent water drainage performance. It can be supplied in natural galvanized finish or pre-painted coated version. Widely used for industrial factory roofs and wall cladding, warehouses, breeding sheds, agricultural greenhouses, simple workshops and temporary enclosures. Not suitable for long-term exposure to high-concentration strong acid and alkali environments.

DC01 Galvanized Sheet

DC01 galvanized sheet, also available as cut sheet and plate, is cold rolled low carbon steel substrate conforming to EN10130, with hot-dip galvanized coating on surface. It combines the good stamping performance of DC01 base steel and excellent anti-corrosion property of zinc layer. It has good ductility, flat surface, reliable weldability and easy machining, suitable for bending, punching and shallow drawing. It is widely used for sheet metal housings, hardware fittings, electrical cabinets, construction accessories and general anti-rust structural parts.

SS400 Carbon Steel Coil

SS400 according to material grade and name defined in the JIS G 3101 standard, The first S stands for "Steel", the second S stands for "Structure", and 400 for the lower limit tensile strength of 400 MPa. Ordinary structural steel with a tensile strength of 400 Mpa.This steel is the most widely used in JIS standard. Its use covers structures such as bridges, ships, vehicles, etc., in the shape of steel plates, steel bars and sections, almost all auxiliary materials for machinery and structures are used.

X42 Carbon Steel Pipe

API 5L X42 line pipe and API 5L X52 line pipe (Seamless and welded pipe) of all grades have PSL1 and PSL2 two product specifications, they are different on chemical composition, manufacturing processes, mechanical strength, heat treatment, test records, traceability etc. Actually, X42 and X52 etc. denote the minimum yield strength of the pipe steel. X42 has the minimum yield strength of 42 kilopound/square inch and X52 has the 52 ksi.

PPGI DC01

Prepainted galvanized steel coil is a kind of colour coated steel coil (PPGI coil). It uses galvanized steel as the base metal. The zinc layer offers strong corrosion resistance. Plus with painting, it is more durable than galvanized steel.The metallic coated steel then experiences some cleaning procedures, pre-treatment solutions and ultimately gets multiple layers of organic coatings, including laminates, vinyl dispersions, and paint. This continuous technique of applying different coatings is referred to as coil coating. Therefore, the steel coil doesnt require painting or finishing when employed in finished products.

AH36 Carbon Steel Plate

1020 Carbon Steel Coil

1020 carbon steel is a commonly used plain carbon steel. It has a good combination of strength and ductility and can be hardened or carburized.1020 carbon steel which contains 0.12 to 2% carbon. This steel category gains hardness and strength with heat treatment when the percentage of carbon content increases but the ductility is reduced.
