Thickness tolerance	The wall thickness tolerance of the base seamless pipe is governed by its manufacturing standard (e.g., GB/T 8163). Common tolerances range from ±12.5% to ±15% of the nominal wall thickness, depending on pipe grade and manufacturing method. The galvanizing process adds a coating but does not alter the base pipe's wall thickness tolerance.
Zinc Coating Mass	Standard Range: 200 - 600 g/m² (Total both sides). Common commercial grades are 275 g/m² and 350 g/m². Available as per customer specification.
Export packing	Waterproof paper and steel strip packed. Standard seaworthy export packing suitable for all modes of transport, or as required.
