Product introduction

K19S Compacted wire rope is a K19S structure compacted strand steel wire rope. The common structures are 6×K19S and 8×K19S. S stands for Seale structure. During production, the steel wire rope strands are die-drawn and compacted. The gaps between the steel wires are greatly reduced, the metal filling rate is higher, and the breaking tensile force of the same diameter is higher than that of ordinary round strand steel wire ropes. The outer steel wire has a thicker diameter, outstanding wear resistance, while retaining good flexibility, excellent extrusion resistance and fatigue resistance, and its service life is significantly better than that of conventional steel wire ropes.

The rope core can be selected from FC fiber core or IWRC independent steel wire core; the surface can be provided with smooth surface, hot-dip galvanizing, or electro-galvanizing, and is pre-coated with special wire rope grease at the factory to reduce internal steel wire wear. It is widely used in heavy load, frequent bending and high wear conditions such as mine hoisting, cranes, tower cranes, oil field well workovers, ship lifting, port loading and unloading, heavy hoisting equipment, etc. Ordinary smooth rope is suitable for indoor dry working conditions; galvanized version is suitable for outdoor humid and mild salt spray environments; strong acid, strong alkali and strong corrosive chemical scenes require additional protection.
