Product introduction

PPGI Q235 is a pre-coated galvanized color-coated plate produced based on Q235 base material. It uses Q235 carbon structural steel as the base plate. It is first hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment, and then undergoes surface degreasing, passivation, primer and topcoat continuous coating and baking. The product combines the good machining performance of Q235 steel with the decorative, weather-resistant and anti-rust properties of the organic coating. The base material Q235 ensures that the plate has stable yield strength, excellent bending and stamping capabilities, and is suitable for conventional cold bending processing. The galvanized layer provides basic electrochemical protection, and the outer color coating isolates air, water vapor and slightly corrosive media, extending the service life of the plate.

This material is easy to process and can be directly cut, bent, pressed, and punched without the need for subsequent on-site painting. It has high production efficiency, rich coating colors, and a smooth and beautiful surface. It is widely used in steel structure factory floor and wall panels, simple mobile houses, container side panels, ventilation ducts, shelves, agricultural greenhouse enclosures, equipment shells, enclosure guardrails and other fields. It is suitable for engineering projects with basic requirements for strength and anti-corrosion decoration.

The applicable environment is mainly normal temperature atmospheric environment. It is not recommended to be used in strong acid, strong alkali, high salt spray and continuous corrosion scenarios. Different coating types can be selected according to the area of use. The common polyester PE coating is the most cost-effective and is the general mainstream choice in the market.

PPGI DC01
