Product introduction

PPGL DX51D is a pre-painted aluminum-zinc substrate plate. The substrate is made of DX51D aluminum-zinc steel coil. The substrate is first processed by continuous hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy plating, and then is produced through continuous coating and solidification of degreasing, passivation, primer, and topcoat. The galvanized zinc alloy coating contains about 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and trace amounts of silicon. Compared with ordinary galvanized PPGI, the coating has stronger high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and the cross section has good self-healing and protective capabilities.

DX51D is a general-purpose forming grade substrate with excellent bending, profiling, and roll forming properties. It is suitable for deep cold bending processing, and the coating is not easy to peel off during the forming process. The surface organic coating takes into account both decoration and weather resistance. The surface of the finished board has a uniform color and can be directly processed and used without on-site painting, which greatly shortens the construction period. The product has outstanding cost performance and is the most commonly used color-coated material for roof enclosure and steel structure projects.

The products are widely used in steel structure factory house panels, wall panels, containers, prefabricated houses, warehouse enclosures, agricultural greenhouses, indoor and outdoor equipment shells, advertising enclosures, ventilation ducts and other scenarios. It is suitable for outdoor atmospheric environments, and its service life is better than PPGI in humid and mildly corrosive environments. It is recommended to use a higher weather-resistant coating for strong acid, alkali, and severe salt spray conditions. Different topcoat systems such as PE polyester, SMP silicon-modified polyester, HDP high weather-resistant polyester, and PVDF fluorocarbon can be selected to meet different service life requirements.

PPGI DC01

Plus with painting, it is more durable than galvanized steel.The metallic coated steel then experiences some cleaning procedures, pre-treatment solutions and ultimately gets multiple layers of organic coatings, including laminates, vinyl dispersions, and paint. This continuous technique of applying different coatings is referred to as coil coating. Therefore, the steel coil doesnt require painting or finishing when employed in finished products.
