Product introduction

Q195 Galvanized pipe is a galvanized steel pipe that uses Q195 low carbon steel strip as raw material, is made into a welded pipe blank through high-frequency welding, and is then processed by hot-dip galvanizing. Q195 is a low-carbon steel with soft texture, excellent plasticity and welding properties, easy to cut, wire wire and bend, and has stable molding properties. The hot-dip galvanizing layer forms a uniform and dense protective layer of zinc on the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe, which isolates air and water vapor, effectively prevents the pipe from rusting, and extends the service life of the product in the atmospheric environment.

The zinc layer on the surface of the pipe has strong adhesion and is not easy to fall off. It has complete specifications and is easy to install. There is no need to apply additional anti-rust paint, and the overall cost is economical. It is widely used in building water supply and drainage, gas transmission, greenhouse construction, steel structure supports, guardrails, threading casings, fire protection pipes, simple engineering frameworks and other scenarios. It is suitable for fluid transportation and structural support at normal temperatures and pressures; it is not recommended for use in environments with strong acid, alkali, and high salt spray continuous corrosion. If used in seawater or highly corrosive media, a higher anti-corrosion solution is required.
