Q235 galvanized pipe is a hot-rolled or cold-formed steel pipe, made from Q235 grade steel (minimum yield strength of 235 MPa), which is subsequently hot-dip galvanized to provide a protective zinc coating against corrosion. Thickness tolerance	According to GB/T 3091-2015, the wall thickness tolerance depends on diameter, nominal thickness, and manufacturing process. For welded pipes with D ≤ 48.3mm, the common tolerance is ±10% of the nominal wall thickness (min. ±0.2mm). Please confirm based on specific order specifications.
Zinc Coating Mass	≥ 275 g/m² (Typical average, meeting GB/T 3091 for general purpose). Other coating classes (e.g., ≥ 350 g/m²) are available upon request.
Export packing	Waterproof paper and steel strip packed. Standard seaworthy export packing suitable for all modes of transport, or as required.

SS400 Carbon Steel Coil

X42 has the minimum yield strength of 42 kilopound/square inch and X52 has the 52 ksi.

PPGI DC01

Prepainted galvanized steel coil is a kind of colour coated steel coil (PPGI coil). It uses galvanized steel as the base metal. The zinc layer offers strong corrosion resistance. Plus with painting, it is more durable than galvanized steel.The metallic coated steel then experiences some cleaning procedures, pre-treatment solutions and ultimately gets multiple layers of organic coatings, including laminates, vinyl dispersions, and paint. This continuous technique of applying different coatings is referred to as coil coating. Therefore, the steel coil doesnt require painting or finishing when employed in finished products.

AH36 Carbon Steel Plate
