Product introduction

ST37 Carbon steel pipe can be divided into two processes: seamless pipe and straight seam welded pipe. ST represents steel, 37 represents the minimum tensile strength level of 370MPa, and the material is standardized to S235JR/Q235B. This steel has low carbon content, good plasticity, excellent welding, cutting, and machining properties, and stable molding. It is a general-purpose structural and low-pressure fluid pipe in the European market.

The cross-section dimensions of the pipes are of high precision, and they are usually delivered with a hot-rolled black surface. They can also be pickled and coated with anti-rust oil as needed. The pipes do not have their own anti-corrosion layer and can be directly welded and assembled. They can then be painted and galvanized to improve their anti-rust capabilities. It is widely used in steel structure frames, mechanical equipment supports, low-pressure fluid transportation, guardrails, pipe supports, common components of engineering machinery, factory pipelines, etc. Suitable for normal temperature, medium and low pressure working conditions; not recommended for high-pressure pipelines, low temperature and high impact, strong acid and alkali, severe salt spray corrosion environments, and anti-corrosion treatment is required in corrosive environments.
