Product introduction

ST37 Carbon steel round bar, ST37 is a low carbon structural steel, benchmarked against S235JR and Q235B. The material has low carbon content, excellent plasticity and toughness, and has excellent machining properties such as welding, cutting, turning, and drilling. It has stable mechanical properties and is economical in cost. It is a general-purpose structural round bar material.

The product has a solid circular cross-section and is hot-rolled black in the normal delivery condition. Surface treatments such as pickling, peeling, polishing, and anti-rust oil coating can be provided on demand. There is no built-in anti-corrosion coating, so it can be directly welded, forged, and machined. Subsequent anti-rust treatments such as painting and galvanizing can be performed. Widely used in mechanical parts blanks, equipment racks, steel structure connectors, brackets, pins, fastener blanks, building structural components, general engineering machinery accessories, etc. It is suitable for normal temperature and medium load conditions. It is not suitable for low temperature and high impact, high pressure pressure components and severe corrosion environments of strong acid and alkali. Corrosion conditions require anti-corrosion protection.
