Product introduction

Stainless steel coil is a coil made of stainless steel slab as raw material and rolled through hot rolling, cold rolling, solution annealing, pickling and other processes. The alloy contains elements such as chromium and nickel, and forms a dense passivation film on the surface. It has excellent anti-rust and anti-oxidation properties and good plasticity, making it convenient for subsequent slitting, flattening, stamping, bending, and roll forming processing.

A variety of grades are available: 201 is cost-effective and is mostly used in decoration and low-corrosion scenarios; 304 is a general-purpose austenitic stainless steel, suitable for humid atmospheric environments; 304L is a low-carbon grade with better resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding; 316L is added with molybdenum element and is resistant to chloride ion corrosion, suitable for coastal, seawater and light chemical working conditions; 321 has stabilization treatment, high temperature resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance; 2205 Duplex steel has high strength and resistance to pitting corrosion, and is used in severe corrosive conditions. It is widely used in kitchen appliances, architectural decoration, pressure vessels, pipeline equipment, chemical equipment, environmentally friendly desulfurization, sheet metal stamping, roof curtain walls and other fields. It is not suitable for strong corrosive media such as concentrated hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid.

DC01 Galvanized Sheet

SS400 Carbon Steel Coil

X42 has the minimum yield strength of 42 kilopound/square inch and X52 has the 52 ksi.

PPGI DC01

This continuous technique of applying different coatings is referred to as coil coating. Therefore, the steel coil doesnt require painting or finishing when employed in finished products.
