Product introduction

Stainless steel wire is stainless steel wire, which is made from stainless steel blanks through multi-pass cold drawing and annealing processes. The product has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, stable tensile strength and flexibility, and can be used for bending, weaving, spot welding, stretching and other processing operations. Different grades can be adapted to various mechanical states of soft, medium hard and full hard.

The surface finish is good and can be provided with glossy, matte, pickling and other surface effects without the need for additional painting to prevent rust. Commonly used grades include 201, 304, 316L, 410, 430, etc. The corrosion resistance of different grades varies. Widely used in wire mesh weaving, fasteners, springs, metal hoses, steel wire ropes, handicrafts, kitchen and bathroom accessories, building protection nets, filter elements, medical equipment, auto parts and other fields. 304 is suitable for conventional atmospheric humid environments; 316L has stronger salt spray resistance and is suitable for coastal and mild chemical corrosion environments; ferritic stainless steel is mostly used in low-corrosion and low-cost scenarios. Not suitable for extreme corrosive conditions such as strong chloride, strong acid and high temperature.

DC01 Galvanized Sheet

PPGI DC01

Plus with painting, it is more durable than galvanized steel.The metallic coated steel then experiences some cleaning procedures, pre-treatment solutions and ultimately gets multiple layers of organic coatings, including laminates, vinyl dispersions, and paint. This continuous technique of applying different coatings is referred to as coil coating. Therefore, the steel coil doesnt require painting or finishing when employed in finished products.
