Product introduction

Straight wire rod is a straight wire made by straightening and cutting hot-rolled wire rod. The raw materials are hot-rolled coils of low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, and low alloy steel. The curvature is corrected through straightening equipment and cut to length according to the customer's specified length. The material has excellent plasticity and can be processed by bending, heading, stamping, turning, welding, etc. It has low overall cost and rich supply specifications.

Q195, Q235, SAE1008, SAE1010, S235JR and other base materials are available. Widely used in fastener blanks, iron nails, welding nails, wire mesh processing, building embedded components, hardware accessories, scaffolding accessories, chain blanks, small mechanical parts, etc. It is suitable for use in ordinary atmospheric environments at room temperature. There is no anti-corrosion coating. If rust prevention is required, it can be phosphated, oiled or galvanized. Strong acid, alkali and high salt spray environments require subsequent surface protection.
