SPCE Cold Rolled Steel Coil, SPCE is a cold-rolled sheet for deep drawing. It has low carbon content, soft material texture, excellent plasticity and ductility. It has excellent deep drawing and draw forming properties. It is not easy to crack during the stamping process. It has good surface quality, smooth and smooth plate surface, and high dimensional accuracy. It is the mainstream raw material in the deep drawing and stamping industry.

The base material is a pure cold-rolled uncoated plate, which can be used directly for stamping, or can be used as a substrate for subsequent coating processing such as hot-dip galvanizing, galvalume plating, and color coating. It is widely used in automobile parts, home appliance casings (refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioner casings), metal stamping parts, kitchen utensils, fuel tanks, and various types of sheet metal products that require complex stretch forming. It is suitable for conventional stamping molding at room temperature. The bare material has no anti-rust protection and needs to be coated with anti-rust oil for short-term storage. In strong corrosive environments, subsequent surface protection treatment is required.

SS400 Carbon Steel Coil
