SS400 Carbon Steel Coil

SS400 according to material grade and name defined in the JIS G 3101 standard, The first S stands for "Steel", the second S stands for "Structure", and 400 for the lower limit tensile strength of 400 MPa. Ordinary structural steel with a tensile strength of 400 Mpa.This steel is the most widely used in JIS standard. Its use covers structures such as bridges, ships, vehicles, etc., in the shape of steel plates, steel bars and sections, almost all auxiliary materials for machinery and structures are used.

1020 Carbon Steel Coil

1020 carbon steel is a commonly used plain carbon steel. It has a good combination of strength and ductility and can be hardened or carburized.1020 carbon steel which contains 0.12 to 2% carbon. This steel category gains hardness and strength with heat treatment when the percentage of carbon content increases but the ductility is reduced.

S235JR Carbon steel coil

S235JR Carbon steel coil is a European standard non-alloy structural steel hot-rolled carbon steel coil. The JR in S235JR represents that the impact test is conducted at room temperature (+20°C).

SPCE Cold Rolled Steel Coil

SPCE Cold Rolled Steel Coil, SPCE is a cold-rolled sheet for deep drawing. It has low carbon content, soft material texture, excellent plasticity and ductility. It has excellent deep drawing and draw forming properties.

Q195 Cold Rolled Steel Coil

Q195 Cold Rolled Steel is a Chinese plain carbon structural steel, yield strength: 195 MPa, tensile strength: 315-430 MPa, material density: 7.85 g/cm3. “Q” is the first letter of Chinese spelling of “qu fu dian”, the translation is “Yield Point” or “Yield Strength”, “195” is indicates the unit value “195 MPa”.

A36 Carbon steel coil

A36 carbon steel coil, also available as cut sheet and plate, is a widely used hot rolled low carbon structural steel coil conforming to ASTM A36 standard. It possesses good ductility, excellent formability and stable mechanical performance. It features reliable weldability and machinability, with balanced strength and toughness. It is a cost-effective general structural material, widely applied in building structures, machinery fabrication, transportation equipment and general engineering projects.

SPHC Carbon steel coil

SPHC steel (JIS G 3131) is a hot-rolled mild steel sheet under the Japanese Industrial Standard. It offers good formability and weldability, commonly used for general structural purposes. The surface quality is typically in the as-rolled condition, suitable for applications where surface finish is not critical, such as structural components, pipes, automotive parts, and general machinery components. In standard classification, hot-rolled steel sheets (such as SPHC) and cold-rolled steel sheets (such as SPCC, SPCD in JIS G 3141) belong to different categories. The previously mentioned designations like DC01 (1.0330), DC03 (1.0347), etc., refer to European standard cold-rolled steel grades and are not equivalent to SPHC.

DC01 Carbon steel coil

DC01 carbon steel coil, also available as cut sheet and plate, is cold rolled low carbon steel coil for general stamping service according to EN 10130 standard. It has excellent ductility, good surface quality and stable forming performance. It features reliable weldability and easy machining, suitable for simple bending, drawing and stamping operations. It is a cost-effective general cold rolled steel material, widely used for sheet metal parts, equipment housings, hardware components and general structural fabrication.
